What Happens Prior To Treatment ?

Prior to your treatment your doctor will carry out an indepth consultation; discussing treatment cost and providing a recommendation of sessions required following an assessment of the area. Photographs are always taken pre treatment and throughout the course so we have stages of comparison and can monitor progress. Contraindications for treatment include pregnancy or breast feeding. The treatment is administered following topical anaesthetic application of 30-60 minutes to reduce any discomfort.

What Happens During Treatment ?

Sculptra treatment is a minimally invasive specialist injectable procedure carried out by Dr Weber. During treatment multiple injections will be administered into the areas determined during consultation. Pressure will be applied to the injection sites to minimise bruising. and massage - an important part of Sculptra - will be carried out by the doctor and/or assistant. You will need to massage post treatment for 5 minutes, 5 times a day for at least 2 weeks. This post care will be covered by the doctor.

What Happens After Treatment ?

There is no long recovery period and swelling should subside within a few days, with patients returning to normal activities immediately post treatment.
